Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you don't like your items for any reason (e.g. they don't fit or have imperfections) you can email us for a return at "gloryclub.cs@gmail.com" within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The subject of the email should be "Returns and Exchange #-----" with your order number included

  • In the email please state: Why you want to return your item (e.g. defect, size does not fit)

  • After getting a reply you can then send the parcel to the following address:

    • Unit 7, 4/F, Block A​

    • Gold Way Industrial Centre

    • 16-20 Wing Kin Road

    • Kwai Chung

    • Hong Kong 

  • When we receive your item you will receive an email with a special code for your store credit. 

  • Refunds are always issued to store credit

  • Check which items are ineligible for return below

  • It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received 

  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order

  • If you have been reported before for return abuse we cannot accept your return

What isn't eligible for return?

  • There are some items we don’t take back:

    • If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll destroy it and store credit will not be issued:

    • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags

    • Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes

    • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits without their lining

    • Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, perfume or other beauty products where the packaging was removed

Can I exchange for something?

  • Sorry we don't offer exchanges however you can place another order for the items or sizes you need with your store credit
